WAC Tournament 2010

This year, at the last minute, we decided that we had not had enough of watching the USU basketball team. So we packed up the kids and headed to Reno to watch the WAC Tournament and for a little family vacation. I was a little worried about the long drive but the kids did very well. We left Thursday morning at 4:00, thinking the kids would sleep most of the morning on the drive. Well, did that ever blow up in our faces? If we were lucky each one of them might have slept for a half hour of the drive. Reno was a new experience for all of us. Not one of us had ever been there and did not know what to expect. We stayed in the Silver Legacy which is attached to Circus Circus, so that was the entertainment for the kids. Before we left I had bought Jordan a new basketball so he could get all of the players autographs. That turned into his goal while we were there. He was pretty determined to get his ball signed. He always knew who else we had left. He was pretty excited that he even got Stew Morrell's autograph. Jordan has become our little sports fan and if I have to say so myself, I think it is pretty cute. We had fun just getting away, wandering around Reno, and watching the Aggies play.
This is Jordan on the way to Reno. He was so excited to be going to watch Tai Wesley play some basketball.

This is Mekenzie, Jordan, and Hailee while we were wondering around the first day.

You can't really tell by the picture but Hailee was out cold shortly after we went back to the room after the game on Thursday. She was pretty proud of her cheerleader outfit that she had wanted to wear everyday to the game. She is totally all girl!

Jordan and Wild Bill (Bill Sproat). He even had Bill sign his basketball, after all he IS part of the team this year.

We went to some outlet mall place that had a store called Schells that had a lot of stuffed animals it in it. The kids thought it was pretty cool.
